Tandem has been instructed to provide commercial property management services for three of Chancerygate’s in-house funds having also been instructed on their PHF Investments fund earlier this year (2022). Situated across the United Kingdom in England, Scotland, and Wales, these funds encompass twenty-five separate property assets with forty tenants in locations including Aberdeen, Manchester, Newcastle, Coventry, and London. Combining industrial space, leisure destinations, and offices, these three funds generate a total annual rental income in excess of £2.5m.
Tandem bring experience combined with contemporary, data-driven asset management techniques to these commercial property portfolios. By working in a synchronised manner across both Coyote and Qube MRI platforms, Chancerygate’s property asset management team will now be able to operate with unlimited access to immediate, day-to-day data and information on their commercial property assets.
