Tandem announces its latest appointment as managing agents of Silverlink Leisure Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, following the purchase of the site by our client at the end of last year.

Silverlink Leisure Park comprises a nine-screen multiplex Odeon cinema with four adjoining restaurants let to Five Guys, Pizza Hut, Nando’s, and Cassia. Located in North Shields – 5 miles north-east of Newcastle city centre and immediately adjacent to Silverlink Retail Park – the site extends to 265,000 sq ft and is the dominant scheme in the North Tyneside region.
Tandem will provide a core property management service including rent collection and service charge management.
