Tandem have been appointed by Mansford to take on the Property Management of the Castle Quarter Arcade, a historic retail destination in Cardiff City Centre, comprising 122,000 sq ft of retail and leisure facilities, including independent retailers, bars, and restaurants. Tandem will be working closely with Mansford to implement a refreshed and positive management strategy. Tandem have appointed a new on-site Manager, Ben Gonthier who came with excellent experience and local connections. As part of this key role, Tandem’s Zoe Lloyd will be leading all marketing, events, and PR for Castle Quarter to help improve footfall, support the traders, and enhance the overall visitor experience.
