Tandem has been appointed by Farran Investments on a portfolio of industrial, logistics, retail, office and leisure assets across the UK. The portfolio comprises of 3.3m sq.ft across 39 assets and 130 tenants. Farran Investments acquired the portfolio from Abrdn on behalf of Golden Tree Asset Management. Key assets include Knowsley 107 (see main pic above), 54 Hagley Road, Birmingham, and The Ocean Trade Centre in Aberdeen. Tandem’s team bring experience and a fresh, dynamic approach to the portfolio.
