As part of Tandem’s continued growth plans, the business has developed a strong book of property management work in Scotland for key clients including Moorgarth, M7 Real Estate, London Metric and CUBE Real Estate. We are now looking to build on this success by making a number of key appointments operating from a new office in the region. Following the development of strong teams in Leeds and Newcastle, the team in Scotland will be established with the best people bringing excellent experience and local knowledge together to deliver a high-quality client service.
Work for key clients includes the management of One Rutherglen Links, Waverley Centre in Edinburgh, The Albus Building in Glasgow, The Napier Building in East Kilbride, Clyde Retail Park, Galabank Business and Trade Park and Rutherglen Exchange. The team will also manage a range of individual FRI assets across the region. We have already identified new business opportunities in the region and the new team will be a real boost to our client service and the Tandem business.

“It makes sense for us to open a new Scotland office to maintain the best client service, building on the strength of business opportunities and existing relationships. Lisa and I have worked on significant Scottish assets in the past including Westway in Glasgow and Quartermile in Edinburgh and we have a lot of strong contacts who we are keen to work with again”.
