The portfolio comprises of 450,000 sq ft across 75 units producing an annual rental income of over £5.5m. Key assets include St Andrews Square Shopping Centre, Droitwich, Studland Retail Park, Newmarket, and Marus Bridge Retail Park, Wigan. Tandem’s team bring experience and a fresh, dynamic approach tailored to meet Cube’s requirements. Tandem are providing property asset management, facilities, and financial management services across the portfolio and due diligence as the portfolio grows.
