Wayne is a Senior Property Manager with a deep specialization in asset management. Background

With five years of residential property management prior to joining Tandem, Wayne has primarily dealt with a large, highly established portfolio ranging from 200+ residential properties, prior block management experience & individual private lets to assisting with larger scale refurbishment projects within his previous role. He is a Marketing and Communications graduate and has previously worked as property manager at Hadleigh Residential located in Belsize Park & Oaktree located in Ealing. He is currently also working towards his ARLA Level 3 qualification in Property Agency.
