Sean Dowsey

Sean joined Tandem as an Associate Partner based in our London office. He brings a wealth of property management experience and is working on a variety of client portfolios and assets, notably Castle Quarter shopping arcade on behalf of Mansford.

​Background

Sean is a UK/CEE based property professional with extensive experience in business generation, revenue growth, advisory services, and leading multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across numerous countries. Sean is an RICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in managing large portfolios across retail, office, industrial, and residential property and asset management roles within both consultancy and client organisations. Before joining Tandem, he was a Senior Associate at Metrus, where he lead management contact for 4 clients with a combined total of 24 multi-tenanted properties.
