Rav

Rav is our leading Credit Controller in the Property Management Accounts Team. She handles all aged debt from the smallest individual items to the largest contracted rental payments. This may include the instruction of necessary legal action to recover debt including instructing lawyers or bailiffs. As part of her role Rav prepares monthly balance sheet accounts and prepares refunds, adjustments and write-offs as appropriate.
