Monica Boaru

Monica joined Tandem in the summer of 2024 as Partner and Head of Shared Services. Based in our Birmingham office, Monica’s newly created role is designed to support our continued growth and strong pipeline of new business. She is focused on driving delivery and efficiency improvements to further enhance the backbone of our robust finance operations.

Background

Monica has over 20 years of experience working across all areas of a Shared Service function, namely Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cashiering. She spent the first half of that period in the Automotive industry and the second within Property Management.
