Kim is an Accounts Payable Executive in the Birmingham Accounts team. Her key role in this post includes ensuring all Landlord and Service Charge payments are made in line with both client contractual terms and also within the RICS Service Charge Code for commercial property effective 1 April 2019.
Background
Prior to joining Tandem in Early 2023 Kim has over 15 years’ Customer Service experience. Kim passed her Level 2 AAT in Bookkeeping and Accounting in 2021 and is currently studying towards her Level 3.
