Carl joined Tandem in 2023 as part of the merger with PM+U Limited where he was Managing Director.
Background
Carl has over 20 years’ experience in property management and originally comes from a retail background. Carl has worked for a number of global businesses such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Investec Bank, and until recently, was Chair of the Revo Property Management Committee, a role he held for 5 years. Carl is still an active Revo Board member and sits on the Asset Management Committee.
Carl specialises in the management of shopping centres and retail parks, whilst having experience in offices and industrial units. His clients have included Grosvenor, Standard Life, Railpen, TIAA-CREF and he is an expert on service charge and cost management.
